Description
5453 DIRTMAG® Dirt Separator – 3X Protection with Magnetic Power
The dirt separator separates the impurities, which are mainly made up of sand and rust particles, circulating within the closed-circuit systems, with very low head losses.
The impurities are collected in a large decantation chamber, that requires low frequency cleaning procedures, from which they can be removed even while the system is in operation.
The DIRTMAG® dirt separators are also equipped with a removable magnetic ring for separating ferrous impurities.
Powerfully Clean Systems: 5453 Series DIRTMAG® Composite Dirt Separators
Protect your heating and cooling systems with the 5453 Series Composite Dirt Separators featuring DIRTMAG® magnetic technology. Engineered to remove sludge, rust particles, and ferrous debris, these units ensure unmatched system protection and fluid cleanliness.
Whether you’re maintaining a home boiler or a commercial HVAC setup, the 5453 Series dirt separator guarantees extended equipment life, fewer breakdowns, and better heat efficiency. Make clogged pipes and costly maintenance a thing of the past.
High-Efficiency Magnetic Filtration with Durable Composite Build
At the heart of the 5453 Series is the DIRTMAG® permanent magnet, designed to capture even microscopic ferrous particles as they circulate through your system. The high-strength composite body is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and built for long-lasting performance, even under high temperatures and pressure.
The unit’s compact design and easy-access cleaning feature make installation and maintenance a breeze for professionals and homeowners alike.
Lower Costs, Longer Lifespan, Smoother Flow
Every particle caught by the 5453 dirt separator is one less threat to your pumps, heat exchangers, and valves. By removing solid impurities before they cause damage, the system runs more efficiently—consuming less energy and requiring fewer repairs.
It’s not just a filter—it’s a smart investment in the long-term reliability and performance of your HVAC system.
